Are Noodles Healthy?
Noodles are unhealthy for the simple reason that they carry excess amounts of sodium You always feel that it is easy to prepare noodles in a couple of minutes and that is because noodles are fried to make it cook fast. One pack of noodles has 14 grams of fat. And cup noodles are even worse as they are fried and remain very rich in sodium. The instant soup mix also has a lot of fat in it. In general, noodles are high in fat and low in nutrition and so not healthy.
