Considering the price one pays for purchasing a new car, the cost of headlights is not enormous. Quality types such as High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlights are usually preferred for new vehicles. Cheap car headlights are also available on the market for as low as $25, but are generally not recommended as they may not go well with new cars, particularly the luxurious cars such as Infinity, BMW, Lexus, Honda or Mercedes.
