Mercury is used in many ways to benefit mankind as it is the only metal which is available in liquid state at room temperature. Mercury is widely used in making thermometers and is also used as a liquid electrolyte. Besides this it has several uses in the health and medical industry. The price of Mercury has remained constant for a substantial period at $1325. This trend is likely to continue during early 2011 as well.
