The annual earning of a target employee depends on the number of hours s/he works and the firm where s/he is employed. The salary will also depend on the position at which someone is working as well as how long they have worked there. A target employee may start with a rate of $9 per hour. So someone working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week may expect to earn approximately $19,000 a year as a target employee.
