In Washington, DC, for example, the salary goes as high as $114,000 with salaries in excess of $100,000 being paid in New York and Boston. In both Chicago and California, above average salaries between $93,000 and $96,000 are paid. At the low end, in some states the salary ranges from $76,000 and $79,000.
