How many Blu-ray movie titles are available?

As of June, 2009 there were more than 1,500 movie and TV show titles have been released and are available on Blu-ray disc. As blu-ray disc players are now available for below the crucial $200 price point, and virtually all new movies are released on both DVD and Blu-ray, it is likely that this total will clime significantly over the next 6 months.
