Is Blue Cheese Healthy?

Blue cheese, much like cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and many other cheeses are healthy. Like most cheeses you are going to be able to get calcium and protein out of eating blue cheese. It can be a good food for a snack if it is consumed in moderation. You need to make sure that you do not eat too much of any kind of cheese, however, or you may find yourself gaining weight. This is due to the high fat content.
