Is Chicken Skin Bad for You?

Yes, it is bad. And that can be seen quite clearly from the kind of emphasis being often exerted all around to only eat skinless chicken. That is because most of the fat is concentrated only in the skin. Also, the moisture content of the chicken cooked with the skin on is found to be very higher. It is a matter of great concern that has to be viewed with utmost care by regular chicken users that chicken skin is regarded as the most unsuited food to our health.
