Is Swiss Cheese A Hard Cheese?
Swiss cheese is of course a hard cheese that contains propanoic acid, is made in Switzerland and comes in characteristic gas holes. Some special types of organisms are used as starter to make Swiss cheese with curd. It is cooked in copper kettles that are considered to be essential for the formation of good Swiss cheese. This solid cheese is made from either pasteurized or unpasteurized cow’s milk and is available in different shapes and varieties.
