Is There Salt In Sand?
Sand is made of the large rocks, being broken down by the air and water into small fractions. So, both sand and rocks have pretty similar composition. Most sand is made of silicon oxide. However, it may have some fractions and admixture of salt in it. This depends on what kind of rock the sand is made of Sea sand may have much salt in it.
