NBA Referee Salary 2011
Referee jobs, in general, have assumed significance salary-wise only in recent years, due to contemporary professional sporting politics. Today, referees in major sports, including basketball, get a competitive salary, thereby lifting the prospects of the job to greater levels. According to the National Basketball Association (NBA) sources, an NBA refereeās salary in 2011 is $150,000 per year. NBA referees run a hectic schedule throughout most of the year, with as many as 82 matches played during a season.
