Black Lime is a spice and is mostly used in Middle Eastern countries. The limes are boiled in salt water and then kept in sun until they turn into Black Lime. These are used in meat, seafood and rice dishes after crushing, peeling and cooking them. They have a very sour taste. Lime contains vitamin A, B and C, it can also cure headaches and fevers, correct intestinal disorders and prevent heat and sun stroke. Some people can experience allergic reactions by eating Black Lime.
