What is Soy Sauce? Ingredients and Uses

The exact origin of soy sauce is uncertain but most historians agree that it came from ancient China. Soy sauce can be used in many dishes including fried rice, lo mein, and Chinese roast pork. It also has many uses in Vietnamese, Japanese, and other Asian cooking.
