What is the Average Cost of Babingtonite per gram/pound? Average Babingtonite Price

Being a rare mineral, Babingtonite is not produced in many countries. It is a much sought after stone by collectors. It is associated with zeolities and it appears as small, dark and lustrous crystals creating strong contrast specimens. The crystals appear either in flat plates, or in grainy aggregates. The color is dark green to black, being the only mineral found with the typically white or pale colored zeoilities. Babingtonite is very difficult to find and is not normally sold, but it is considered to be a valuable gemstone.
