What is the Average Cost of Birnessite per gram/pound? Average Birnessite Price

Birnessite along with potassium, calcium and sodium is an oxide mineral of manganese, that was first described in 1956 and named so because of its occurrence in Birness, Aberdeenshire in Scotland. This mineral is formed in lakes, oceans and groundwater by precipitation and can be found in large quantities in deep sea manganese nodules. Mostly, it can be found in black or dark brown color, in countries such as Canada, Norway or in Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It is characterized by a sub metallic luster. It is not designated for a commercial purpose.
