What is the Average Cost of living in Afghanistan per month/year?

Because of the unsettled political climate in Afghanistan, it is difficult to get accurate cost of living expenses. A few of the indicators are a rent index of 41.11 and the cost of eating out. A cheap restaurant will cost about $20 a meal for two people while a reasonably good restaurant could cost about $30. To rent a 3 bedroom apartment in the city center will cost about $2,000 a month while outside the city centre it is $800. Gasoline is very expensive so transport costs are higher in Afghanistan.
