What is the Heavy Rain Release Date?

Update: Heavy Rain now has an official release date of February 23, 2010.

Heavy Rain is coming out in 2010, with a currently scheduled release date of first quarter/spring, 2010. The game is being developed by Quantic Dream and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, and will be released exclusively on the PlayStation 3.
