What is the final Google Nexus One price and carrier?

In addition to leaks regarding the release date, new rumors indicate that the Google Nexus One phone will be $180 on contract with T-mobile (2-year contract), and up to $530 or more unlocked/off-contract. A Nexus One order page briefly appeared online by accident, and was then quickly taken down -- luckily some trigger happy web inhabitants snapped a screenshot (see below).
