Air Force Officer Job Description

The role of an air force officer is to guide and lead the recruits he or she is responsible for. An Air Force officer must be able to motivate and discipline his team, as well as be knowledgeable about the rules of the Air Force and inform his or her group of the rules of the Air Forces. Air Force officers must adhere to the three core values of the Air Force; integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all actions.
