FBI Agent Job Description
FBI stands for Federal Bureau of Investigation, and is the central crime investigation team of the United States government. FBI agents investigate suspicious or criminal activities and help to defend the country against such threats as terrorist attacks and help to enforce the laws of the United States,. An agent usually specializes in one of the many fields of the FBI. Some of the tasks performed by an agent include; conducting surveillance, working undercover, interviewing people, and maintaining records. An agent receives roughly $100,000 yearly salary along with a full benefits package.
