Film Critic Job Description
A film critic is someone who views new and upcoming films and critiques them for the public. He or she may work independently or work for a newspaper, magazine or for a website. Film critics typically work for large cities, but sometimes can telecommute. A background in film or journalism is ideal. Film critics can make anywhere from $20,000 to $70,000 a year.
