Masseuse Job Description

While a massage therapist massages client’s to relieve pain or stress, a masseuse’s main goal is to relax the client who may or may not be feeling pain or great stress to begin with. A masseuse uses her hands to massage the muscles of the client for relaxation purposes. Masseuse’s often work in health clubs, spas or salons. A male masseuse is called a masseur. Masseuse’s make between $10 to $15 per hour. Weekend and evening work is typical.
