Professional Athlete Job Description
A professional athlete’s job goes beyond raw talent and a love for the sport. Professional athletes must exercise and make sure they are in great physical shape. They also must be completely up to date on the rules of their sport, and must learn different drills and plays. Athletes must travel a lot and thus spend a lot of time away from home. Professional athlete’s typically make between $20,000 and $75,000, depending on their skill level and sport popularity.
